Outdoor Photography with Adam Bundy
“Great photography isn’t about your camera. It’s about how you see—and what you choose to include… or leave out.”
See Light. Frame Story. Capture Intention.
Step outside and elevate your photography in this hands-on workshop focused on the essentials that make images truly stand out. Whether you’re using a camera or smartphone, you’ll learn to move beyond snapshots and shoot with purpose.
Schedule: Thursday, July 30, 10am (raindate: July 31)
Course Fee: $75
Location: 23 N. Ferry Road
Age: 16+
What You'll Learn
We’ll begin with light, the foundation of every great photo—exploring how direction and quality of light create mood, depth, and impact. From there, you’ll simplify your approach to composition, using tools like the rule of thirds, leading lines, and negative space to create clean, compelling images with a clear subject.
You’ll also gain confidence with camera settings, learning an easy, effective setup so you can focus more on creativity and less on technical details.
Throughout the session, you’ll practice in real time—learning to observe, adjust, and refine your shots using simple techniques like changing your angle, stepping closer, and waiting for the right moment.
Final Assignment: Create one strong image using intentional light, a clear subject, and thoughtful composition.
Leave with a sharper eye, practical skills, and a new way of seeing the world through your lens.
