Decorative Oar Painting with June & Michael Shatken

Michael Shatken is a seasoned sailor and architect. He also enjoys reclaiming and restoring discarded objects and furniture, many of which he’s found in the Shelter Island ‘goodie pile.’
Michael has been instrumental in the founding of SIAC, and continues to guide and support the organization’s growth.
