Adult Beginner Ballet
Discover the joy, grace, and beauty of ballet in a supportive and encouraging environment. This series is designed specifically for adults with little or no previous ballet experience, as well as those returning to dance after many years away.

NOTE: This is a 4-class series, so please plan to attend all sessions as they will build on each other
What You'll Learn
Through gentle instruction, students will learn fundamental ballet positions, basic steps, posture, balance, and movement vocabulary while improving flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.
Classes move at a comfortable pace, allowing everyone to build confidence and technique without pressure or judgment.
